We've played other cross-play games before with no issue. If the Xbox tries to join with PC it most of the time won't even get past the "synchronizing with other players" part. Can set up one global farm which does share its money, or can set up multiple farms each with their own money. Can compete with each other or work together regardless. As for how it works, who ever has admin access to the server on FS19 has to set up the farms that will be present. If everyone agrees for one big farm, just gotta set up the one LF - HELP.
